Great location in the heart of Kuta, close to both Poppies l and Poppies ll. Staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to rectify any issues.

The room did not match the photos at all, misleading advertising. The breakfast was subpar, with fruit flies around the food and cockroaches on the floor.

As women traveling alone, we loved the central location of the property. It was just off Popies 1 and in the heart of Kuta, making it convenient for exploring and finding everything we needed. The staff were excellent and very helpful in arranging transportation for us. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and roomy, providing us with plenty of space to relax. , the breakfast offered was good, with a variety of options to choose from.

We felt extremely welcome during our stay at Ap Suite Apartment, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Nothing was too much trouble for them, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Staff at the hotel were really lovely - friendly and always welcoming. Our group had both a two bed, and a one bedroomed apartment. the two bed was fantastic in that both rooms were really well segregated - two separate bathrooms and separate balconies, with a tv in the lounge area and each of the bedrooms! Great size! And the pool was quite cool too. Nice to get away from the busy streets and relax by the pool.

Sweeping statement maybe, but the bathrooms are never cleaned very well in Indonesian hotels and this hotel was no different. Also, the smell of sewage around Bali normally finds it's way up the pipes and into the rooms. Similar thing for this hotel. The sewage infrastructure just doesn't seem to be able to handle all the hotels and accomodation being built in Kuta...Lovely hotel and great value all the same though.

most taxi refused to drive into the tiny street where the apartment is located. more than once, we had to alight at the main street.

The 2-bedroom apartment was new, clean and spacious. Very very comfortable beds, very nice rooftop pool. Good services and friendly staffs. Value for money :-)

1) Location of the apartment : far from the main road, the lane leading to the apartment is very very narrow thus some taxis refuse to send you in esp at night so not idle for families with young children or older people..But, very safe area and only about 5 minutes walk to the main road/ Kuta Beach. 2)There is a construction site nextdoor but doesn't interfere with us as we are out during the day..3) No nice view but the apartment is very comfortable so we didn't mind.

The location of the apartments was great,easy to get everywhere by foot .The staff were so friendly and made us feel like part of there family especially Wayan ,the lovely young man who served us drinks by the pool. Fantastic apartments for family with children .We were really impressed with the rooms and the lovely roof top pool.

the staffs were great, very helpful and honest. love it. love the pool too...since everyone off to the beach..walking distance to beach, distance to street shopping, walking distance to hard rock cafe and other nite life as well..

dark alley...to the hotel especially at nite. however, we were told that the place was a safe place to walk. and they were right.

Only Tara of the staff was real good and helpful

The Supervisor & manager are very rude. the place to much noisy from around and staff at night and early morning, breakfast not buffet and really nothing given, I don't pay even $25 per night for this hotel.

The breakfast menu is very limited. No variety. Always the same menu. The drainage in shower is bad.

The location, although very central, was difficult to access; taxis didn't want to go up Poppies lane because it is too busy, too small and too much foot traffic. the hotel was sold as a self contained apartment, but didn't have cooking equipment, bottle openers, glasses etc.

just 5 mins from beach, and the roof pool with DJ is fantastic. And the staff there is quite friendly.

The location is OK but the whole enviroment is just so so, and it's noisy till 1 or 2 am in the morning.
